Who we are

muhrprofessional.com is the website for the Muhr Professional office buildings at 7035 and 7045 Campus Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. It is operated by Muhr Professional Buildings II, LLC (7035 Campus Drive) and Muhr Professional Buildings I, LLC (7045 Campus Drive) (“Muhr Professional,” “we,” “us”).

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus a small amount of technical information that comes with each submission.

• Leasing inquiries and waitlist requests. When you use our contact form: the reason you’re contacting us, any suite numbers you mention, your name and email address, and anything else you choose to add, such as a phone number, business name, number of people, move-in timing or a message.
• Tour bookings. When you book a tour: your name and email address, the date, time and time zone you choose, and, if you add them, your phone number, the suites you’d like to see and a message. If you later cancel or reschedule, the reason you give.
• Technical information. With each form or booking: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you sent it from and, for bookings, any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as “utm_source”). Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and to keep the site running.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and it doesn’t set cookies for visitors. Our hosting provider’s security service may briefly check your browser before a page loads and may set a short-lived cookie for that purpose.

Saved suites

When you tap the heart on a suite, it is saved in your browser’s local storage, on your own device, so your list is still there next time. The list holds only suite numbers and their status (for example, “Available”), never your name or contact details, and it isn’t sent to us. If you choose to ask about your saved suites, their numbers are added to the inquiry form for you to review before you send it. To clear the list, remove the hearts or clear this site’s data in your browser.

How we use your information

• To answer your inquiry and your questions about our suites.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about tours, and to handle any changes.
• To keep your place on a waitlist and let you know when a suite you asked about becomes available.
• To keep a record of our conversations with prospective tenants.
• To protect the website against spam and misuse.

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising. We won’t add you to a marketing mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Your information is available to the Muhr Professional team members who handle leasing and tours. We also rely on a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf: our website host, which stores the website and its data, and the email service we use to send and receive messages. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Muhr Professional, our tenants or our visitors.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and tour records for up to 24 months after your last inquiry or booking with us, then delete them, unless you become a tenant or we need to keep them longer for legitimate business or legal reasons. Copies may remain in our website backups until those backups are deleted.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to the website’s administration. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Use the contact details above. You don’t have to share any information to browse this website.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and professionals. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Other websites

“Get directions” links open Google Maps, and other links may take you to websites we don’t control. Their own privacy policies apply.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or services change. We’ll post the new version on this page with its effective date.
